Application criteria
- Customers are student/relatives of student studying abroad or individuals take traveling/medical treatment/visiting/other legal purposes at overseas, and have demands of borrowing in order to open terms savings deposit at VRB for finance proving to complete dossier
- Have income and lending – repayment plan, make sure to repay all principal, interest, fee in agreed time
- Implementing measures to secure loans as stipulated by the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam and the guidance of VRB
- Use loan for finance proving purpose

Required documents
Legal documents
- A verified copy of valid personal ID/Passport;
- A verified copy of permanent/temporary residence book;
- In case the cusomer is a relative, besides personal documents, customer needs to add other documents as:
+ A copy of valid passport/ID of the person who goes abroad
+ A copy of relationship certification between borrower with person who goes abroad (Birth certificate, Family book, Marriage register certificate or other documents provong their family relationship)
Loan documents
- Proof of loan purposes:
+ Documents are requested by Immigration department/Agency/Training institution (Requirement paper of training institution, introduction letter between customer & agency, brochures about study abroad/courses/tour/travel program...)
+ Promissory paper of agencies receiving documents
- Lending plan (according to form of VRB)
