1. Policy Content:
Chance to get a bonus money transfer for domestic cardholders of Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) with the most transactions or highest total value of online payment via cards at NAPAS Card acceptance units (POS) during the promotion period.

Note: Prize is cash and does not include VAT. VRB will pay income tax for customers on behalf of customers in accordance with the law. 

3.    Subjects of application: VRB's domestic cardholders. 
4.    Application period: from 0:00:00 on November 30, 2020 to 23:59:59 on December 6, 2020. 
5.    Scope of application:
- NAPAS card: is a domestic card with card number starting with 9704 to perform card transactions within the territory of Vietnam issued by VRB.
- Card acceptance Unit (POS): Merchants connect directly to NAPAS to provide goods / services to customers.

In order to accumulate the quantity / value of transactions to receive the program's prizes, VRB cardholders need to make transactions at POS connected to NAPAS. Specific list, here. 



6.    Cardholder's winning conditions 
-    Customers have the most transactions and the highest value of online payment transactions successfully recorded via NAPAS portal with cards during the program period.
-    Each card holder, for each domestic card number, will receive 01 (one) prize.
-    For cardholders with equal total amount or high payment value, the Program will reward customers with most transaction volume or highest value sooner.
-    In the list of Customers’ transactions of considering for promotion bonus, if there is any transaction, VRB & NAPAS suspects to take advantage of the Program for profit (based on information about transaction time and amount and card acceptance unit), VRB & NAPAS have the right to request documents and information of the Customer to prove that the transaction is valid. If the Customer refuses to provide the above documents and information, VRB & NAPAS reserve the right to exclude these transactions from the winning list. 

7.    Prize review and award method:
- Within 25 working days from the end of the program, VRB & NAPAS will publish the winning list on website www.vrbank.com.vn and www.napas.com.vn
We will pay the prize by transfer to the winning customer's checking account.
