Notice of interrupting some services due to system upgrade

In order to increase the utility and improve the quality of customer service, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB)  will proceed to upgrade the bank's system from October 11th, 2019 to October 12th, 2019. Accordingly, VRB would like to announce the temporary suspension of transaction as follows:

1. Card & POS services

- Time: from 23:30 on October 11th, 2019 to 02:00 on October 12th, 2019

2. Internet Banking, Mobile Banking & Ecommerce services: 
- Time: from 23:30 on October 11th, 2019 to 15:00 on October 12th, 2019

In the process of suspending the service, if customers have any necessary information, please contact:
