- Decision No. 1405 / QD-NHNN dated 12/08/2020 of SBV on amending the license for establishment and operation of a joint venture bank for VRB;
- Dispatch No. 1901 / HAN-TTGS2 dated 10/08/2020 of SBV, Hanoi branch to approve changing the location of Yet Kieu Transaction Office (Transaction Center branch);

Notice of the change of the location of the Head Office and Yet Kieu Transaction Office (Transaction Center branch) as follows:
(1) Current location: 1st and 2nd floor, 1 Yet Kieu building, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city.
(2) New location: Building No. 75 Tran Hung Dao Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.
(3) Time of starting operations at the office: from August 24th, 2020.
