Notice of the extension of service provision due to system upgrade

In order to increase the utility and improve the quality of customer service, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB)  will continue to upgrade the bank's system on March 14, 2019. Accordingly, VRB would like to announce the temporary suspension of transaction as follows:

1. List of services

- Domestic and international debit card transactions (VISA Debit);

- Card transactions on ATM system;

- Transactions on Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.

2. Interruption time: until 11h59' AM on March 14th, 2019.

In the process of suspending the service, if customers have any necessary information, please contact:

- Customer Support Line: (024) 3944 8201 - ext. 123, 456, 301, 302.
