VRB ANNOUNCES DECISION ON APPOINTING DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR

On 28/02/2023, at the Head Office of Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB), the Ceremony to Announce Decision and Handover position of Deputy General Director of VRB took place.

Attending the Ceremony were Mr. Ilnar Shaymardanov - Head of Subsidiaries retail business division of VTB cum member of VRB’s BOM; Mr. Sergey Chumakovskiy – Chairman of VRB’s BOM; Mr. Nguyen Manh – Vice Chairman of VRB’s BOM; Mr. Doan Minh Tien – General Director of VRB; and members of the Executive Board, leaders of the Departments/ Centers at the Head Office and branches’s leaders of VRB.
At the Ceremony, Mrs. Nguyen Diep Khanh Linh - Head of VRB Office announced Decision No. 019/2023/NQ-HDTV dated 20/02/2023 of BOM on the appointment of VRB’s Deputy General Director. Accordingly, from 01/03/2023, Mr. Balduev Konstantin holds the position of VRB’s Deputy General Director, directly in charge of retail, communication and marketing, information technology, customer service and card operations of VRB. On behalf of VRB's two parent banks, BIDV and VTB, Mr. Ilnar Shaymardanov said: with long-term experience in senior positions in the banking sector of Mr. Balduev Konstantin will help VRB strengthen its governance capacity and continue to reap successes, especially in the retail segment. Speaking at the Ceremony, Mr. Balduev Konstantin also expressed his sincerest thanks to BOD, BOM and all employees for their interest and support right from the first days of working at VRB. “It’s important for me to became a part of the culture, a part of VRB.
