Pursuant to Official Letter No. 3679/KV9-QLGS dated September 15, 2026, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (Region 9 Branch) approving the relocation of the Hai Chau Transaction Office (Da Nang Branch), Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) hereby announces the change of details for the Hai Chau Transaction Office as follows:
