- System of machinery, equipment and supplies, collateral of Minh Phuc Co., Ltd.
- Advantage of the right to lease at: Land plot No. 416, map sheet No. 02/BDDC according to the certificate of land use right No. BN459266; Land plot No. 492 map sheet No. 4/BDĐC according to Certificate of Use Right No. BN459261; Land plot No. 493 map sheet No. 4/BDĐC according to Certificate of Use Right No. BN459261; The construction work is owned by Minh Phuc Co., Ltd. at land plot number 492,493 with address: Minh Tan town, Kinh Mon district, Hai Duong province.
