ANNOUNCEMENT: Regarding the Upgrade of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking Services

Dear Valued Customers,

In order to improve service quality and provide a better customer experience, Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) will be upgrading its system as planned.
 
The upgrade is scheduled for two phases:
•Phase 1: From July 3rd, 2026 to July 5th, 2026
Specifically:
- From 11:00 PM Friday, July 3rd, 2026 to 2:00 AM Saturday, July 4th, 2026.
- From 11:00 PM Saturday, July 4th, 2026 to 1:00 AM Sunday, July 5th, 2026.
•Phase 2: From July 10, 2026 to July 13, 2026
Specifically:
- From 11:00 PM Friday, July 10, 2026 to 1:00 AM Saturday, July 11, 2026.
- From 11:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2026 to 1:00 AM Sunday, July 12, 2026.

During the upgrade period, Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB/iPlus/ePlus), ATM transactions (including VRB ATMs and cards issued by VRB) and POS services will be temporarily unavailable.

To ensure the best experience, please consider making transaction before or after this time frame. After the upgrade, our services will return to normal operation.
