Notice of temporarily interrupting some services for periodically system upgrading
Dear our Valued Customers,
In order to increase utility and improve service quality, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) is pleased to announce to customers about periodically plan of upgrading the system. Accordingly, some services will be temporarily interrupted during the time of upgrading.
1. List of services which is temporarily interrupted
- Internet Banking, Mobile Banking services for individual customers;
- Internet Banking service for corporate customers;
- Recharge money into Momo e-wallet;
- E-commerce service;
- ATM, VISA Debit, Credit, POS services;
- E-tax.
