Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) signed a credit contract worth VND 150 billion

On 07/06/2018, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) and FLC AMD Investment Joint Stock Company (AMD Group) officially signed a credit contract for Ha Linh quarry exploitation project worth 150 billion.

Attending the signing ceremony of credit contract, on behalf of FLC AMD Investment Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Chairman and CEO of AMD Group; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu - Deputy Director in charge of production; Ms. Pham Thi Le Thuy - Deputy General Director in charge of business and Ms. Tran Thuy Lieu - Deputy General Director in charge of finance. On the VRB’s side, there were Mr. Chumakovskiy S.O - Chairman of the BOM, Mr. Doan Minh Tien - General Director together with the Deputy Directors, the Directors of Departments at the Head Office.

According to the credit contract, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) was committed to grant a total credit of VND 150 billion to meet the demand for investment in exploiting the Spilit quarry as construction materials at Ac Son Mountain, Ha Linh Commune, Ha Trung District, Thanh Hoa Province. Ha Linh quarry exploitation project is implemented by AMD Group which has many years of experience in the field of investment and mining. Before Ha Linh quarry, AMD Group has been exploiting Marble stone products at two quarries as Loang Mountain Quarry (Yen Lam, Yen Dinh, Thanh Hoa) and Ben Mountain Quarry (Vinh Minh, Vinh Loc, Thanh Hoa) with seven basic stone colors, the total exploitation capacity is up to 175,000m3/year, well received domestically and internationally.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, on behalf of VRB's Board of Managements, Mr. Chumakovskiy SO - Chairman of the BOM thanked AMD Group for choosing VRB as the bank in co-operation with the project and affirmed to ensure capital for the plant to be implemented, completed and put into operation on time, helping to supply the stone products to the market with high economic efficiency. He also believed and hoped that the signing of the credit agreement continued to open more opportunities for cooperation.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Chairman of the BOM of AMD Group appreciated the quick and professional evaluation of VRB's leaders and staffs and committed to use the funds for the right purpose, maximizing the effectiveness of the loan to benefit to both sides.
