💰 INSTRUCTIONS FOR WITHDRAWING FUNDS FROM WALLET TO PAYMENT ACCOUNT
Upon receiving your cashback reward in the Wallet, you can withdraw the funds to your VRB payment account by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the iPlus Retail app. On the home screen, select “Service management”.
Step 2: Under “Service management”, scroll down to "Loyalty", then select “Exchange money”.
Step 3: Enter transaction details:
- Receiving Account Number: Select the VRB payment account you wish to transfer funds into;
- Exchanged money: Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your Wallet to your payment account.
Conditions for Exchanged money:
- Minimum conversion amount: 10.000 VNĐ;
- Conversion amount must be a multiple of 10.000 VNĐ;
- Maximum conversion amount per transaction: 500.000 VNĐ.
Verify the information and tap “Continue”.
Step 4: Enter your Smart OTP PIN on the iPlus app to authenticate. Once verified, the cash withdrawal transaction will be processed.
