The more points accumulate – the better gifts exchanged with Deposit Product “From Russia with Love”

With the desire to bring customers diverse products with optimal experience, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) officially launched the product "From Russia with Love" with valuable gifts bearing cultural characteristics from Russia for individual and institutional customers when depositing money at VRB.

Accordingly, each customer participating in the product "From Russia with Love" will accumulate bonus points based on the amount and time of deposit at VRB & convert bonus points to corresponding gifts in kind.

Specific information is as follows:
1. CUSTOMERS & MIN DEPOSIT AMOUNT
- Individual customers: 10,000,000 VND (Ten million VND)
- Organizational customers: VND 50,000,000 (Fifty million VND)

2. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
- Deposit type: VND
- Deposit term: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 18, 24, 36 months.
- Interest rate: The product has its own interest rate schedule and is adjusted according to market conditions.
- Interest payment method: One time interest payment when due. If the date of payment of principal and interest falls on a holiday as prescribed, the payment will be transferred to the next first working day and the customer will enjoy the interest stated in the book for the holidays.
 
3. METHODS OF CALCULATION POINTS In there:
+ Term: The term customers deposit at VRB. Submission period is rounded off by month. 
+ N = 100.000 (corresponding to the minimum amount for scoring. The value of N may change from time to time)
+ K = 0.5 (is the product's scoring coefficient. K-factor may change from time to time & VRB's notice 07 days before applying the new K-factor)

5. POINT ACCOUNT DURATION
- Customer's loyalty account is always valid until the product stops deploying at VRB. When the product is still being deployed, the customer's points account will still be credited if the customer continues to participate in the product.
- If the customer does not get the points to receive the prize, the points on the account will still be saved and added to the next period if the customer sends again. After 06 months from the last maturity date of the customer's deposits, there is no transaction to earn points, 50% of the valid points will be deducted from the account and the account will expire when VRB stops deploying the product if the points in the account are not eligible for rewards.

6. OTHER REGULATIONS
- Give gifts immediately to customers at the time of sending if they have enough points to receive rewards. The remaining points after receiving the bonus will continue to accumulate for the following deposits.
- If a customer has enough points to win a prize but has not yet received a prize, that customer's points will be preserved and counted for the next awarding round.
- If the customer has not enough points to receive the reward, the customer's points will be accumulated. Customers continue to participate in the product, earn points and receive gifts when they have enough points according to the product's rules.
- Customers only receive gifts in kind, not exchange for cash or transfer.
- Customers can receive many gifts at the same time if they reach the specified number of points.
- Customers can donate, transfer points on their accumulated points account to another person if this person has an account at VRB.
- Customers can withdraw before the due date or rotate the product.
- Other contents comply with regulations of VRB, State Bank and other provisions of law.
