VRB SHARPLY DECREASES LOAN INTEREST RATES FOR BUSINESSES– ONLY FROM 4.4%

After implementing the VND loan interest rate preferential program for corporate customers with many benefits for businesses, VRB continues to adjust the program with more attractive interest rates, more diverse customer groups, aiming to provide maximum support for businesses to access business capital. With many changes that are extremely beneficial to customers, this program of VRB is a promising program that bring practical and sustainable values to businesses.
1. Loan interest rate: from only 4.4%/year.
2. Applicable subjects:

New corporate customers who have not had a credit relationship at VRB up to the time of loan application.
Corporate customers who have had a credit relationship at VRB but have completed their credit obligations at VRB 01 year before the time of loan application.
Customers have USD outstanding balance, may or may not have VND outstanding balance. Customers need to disburse to increase net VND outstanding balance.

3. Applicable conditions: Customers granted credit under this program must ensure the loan conditions as prescribed in the current lending regulations of the State Bank and VRB. In addition, customers must meet the following conditions:

Customers have a credit rating of BBB or higher;
Have a minimum operating time of 24 (twenty-four) months or more;
Customers are classified as group 1 debt, have no group 2 debt, bad debt at credit institutions within the last 24 months up to the time of credit granting;
Have a clear loan purpose, serving the direct production and business activities of the enterprise;
The enterprise commits that the proceeds from the operation (at least corresponding to the ratio of outstanding debt at VRB to total outstanding debt at credit institutions) must be transferred to the Customer's account opened at VRB.
Customers are not securities companies.

4. Loan currency: VND
5. Program scale: VND 500 billion
6. Loan security: Customers must provide loan security according to current regulations of VRB and updated, amended, supplemented and replaced documents from time to time.
7. Loan term: Applicable to short-term loans of 6 months or less.
8. Applicable period: Until December 31, 2025 or until the program runs out (whichever comes first).
