In order to improve service quality and provide a better customer experience, Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) will be upgrading its system as planned.
The upgrade is as bellow:
- From 11:00 PM Thursday, July 16 to 02:00 AM Friday, July 17, 2026.
- From 11:00 PM Friday, July 17 to 02:00 AM Saturday, July 18, 2026.
During the upgrade period, Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB/iPlus/ePlus), ATM transactions (including VRB ATMs and cards issued by VRB) and POS services will be temporarily unavailable.
To ensure the best experience, please consider making transaction before or after this time frame. After the upgrade, our services will return to normal operation.
