VRB organizes an auction of Commercial Floor Ownership at Ha Cau Ward Commercial Center in Ha Dong District

Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) announces the auction as follows: 

1. Asset information: 
Property name: Ownership of Commercial floor – The 1st floor or G floor.
Purpose of use: Fitness club, gym, Aerobic/Yoga. 
Property address: Residential area in Ha Cau Ward Commercial Center, Ha Dong District, Hanoi
Area: 721.1 m2
Starting price: 37,794,556,800 VND (Thirty-seven billion, seven hundred ninety-four million, five hundred fifty-six thousand, eight hundred VND). 

2. Place to submit auction documents: 
Submit directly at VNA Auction Partnership Company, No.81 Dai An area, People’s Security Academy Collective (No.66, 19/5 Street), Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi from 08:00 of October 30, 2023 to 16:00 of November 27, 2023 (Except Saturday and Sunday).

3. Deposit: 7,550,000,000 VND (Seven billion, five hundred and fifty million VND).

4. Fee of documents for auction: 500,000 VND/file (Five hundred thousand VND).
