Announcement of Decision on Appointment of Director of VRB Ho Chi Minh City Branch

On 08/04/2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) announced the Decision on appointment of Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

Accordingly, VRB's Board of Members (BOM) decided to appoint Mr.Nguyen Quang Duy - Acting Director of VRB Ho Chi Minh City Branch to hold the position of Director of VRB Ho Chi Minh City Branch from 01/04/2023.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, VRB's Chairman of BOM Mr. Chumakovskiy Sergey acknowledged the efforts and contributions of Board of Directors (BOD) as well as staff of the branch during the past time, contributing to the growth of loan balance, capital mobilization scale, NIM credit, profitability and credit quality improvement. Along with that, VRB Ho Chi Minh City Branch needs to continue to improve governance capacity, promptly propose solutions, accompany to remove difficulties, helping VRB continue to affirm its position in a potential market like Ho Chi Minh City.
 

Responding to the trust of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of VRB, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy as Director of VRB Ho Chi Minh City Branch expressed his honor and appreciation and expressed his wish to continue to receive the support and sharing of BOM, BOD and especially colleagues to best complete new responsibilities, new tasks.
