Notice of change in debt classification of VISA international credit card
Dear Valued Customer,
Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) would like to thank you for using VRB’s Visa International Credit Card (Visa Card).
We would like to inform customers about the management of Visa card balance as follows: According to the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam in Circular No. 11/2021/TT-NHNN dated 30/07/2021, if the customer does not pay or has not fully paid the minimum payment amount for bank at payment due date, it will be recorded as Overdue. The classification of debts and handling of overdue debts will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 11/2021/TT-NHNN and other relevant regulations (if any).
Application period: from October. 2021.
