Specific information is as follows:

1. REGISTER “NEW” - RECEIVE “CHILL” GIFTS: Offer for Customers who register to use iPlus service. 
Program 1: 
- Object: For existing customers (Have CIF, not registered to use iPlus service)
- Content: Give 50,000 VND/customer to the customer’s wallet on iPlus service for customers who register to use iPlus service via eKYC and have 2/5 types of transactions with a total transaction value of at least 100,000 VND within 01 month from the time of first login.
List of 5 types of transactions include: Money transfer; Phone top-up; Bill payment; Online deposit; Open account with favorite digits
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: After the Customer meets the program's milestones (The priority of the reward is based on the time the customer completes the milestones to receive the program's incentives)

Program 2:
- Object: For existing customers (Not yet have CIF, not registered to use iPlus service)
- Content:
- Within the first month from the time of login: Plus 50,000 VND/customer to the customer’s wallet on the iPlus service for customers who register to use the iPlus service via eKYC and have 2/5 types of transactions with a total transaction value of at least 100,000 VND.
- Within the 2nd month from the time of login: Receive an additional 50,000 VND/customer into the wallet on the iPlus service when the customer continues to generate 2/5 types of transactions with a total transaction value of at least 100,000 VND.
List of 5 types of transactions include: Money transfer; Phone top-up; Bill payment; Online deposit; Open a beautiful account number
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: After the Customer meets the program's milestones (The priority of the reward is based on the time the customer completes the milestones to receive the program's incentives)

2. MORE FRIENDS, MORE FUN - MORE GIFTS: Offer for existing customers who successfully introduce new customers
- Object: Existing customers (already have CIF, registered to use iPlus) successfully refer new customers (not yet have CIF, not registered to use iPlus)
- Content: Give 50,000 VND/customer to the iPlus wallet of the referrer when successfully referring a new Customer & this Customer is eligible to receive offer 2 of the Promotion Program for New Customers.
Note: New customers must enter the referral code – CIF number of the referrer when opening a payment account using eKYC
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: After the Customer meets the program's milestones (The priority of reward payment is based on the time the referred customer completes the conditions to receive offer 2 of the new customer promotion program)

3. THE MORE YOU PAY - THE MORE CASHBACK: Cashback promotion program when transferring money/paying bills
Program 1: Refund when transferring money/ paying by QR Code
- Object: All customers using iPlus
- Content: Refund to customer's wallet on iPlus service based on the number of money transfer transactions or payments by QR Code.
10 - 19 transactions - 10,000 VND refund
20 - 29 transactions - 20,000 VND refund
30 - 39 transactions - 30,000 VND refund
40 - 49 transactions - 40,000 VND refund
50 - 59 transactions - 50,000 VND refund
60 - 69 transactions - 60,000 VND refund
70 - 79 transactions - 70,000 VND refund
80 - 89 transactions - 80,000 VND refund
90 - 99 transactions - 90,000 VND refund
> 100 transactions - 100,000 VND refund
Note:
- Maximum refund amount is 100,000 VND/ month/ customer
- Applicable to transactions with a minimum value of 50,000 VND/ transaction.
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: Monthly (The priority order of rewards for the above 3 programs is based on the Number of money transfer transactions, payments by QR Code/ Number of transfers to other systems/ Total value of customer bill payments)

Program 2: Refund based on the number of transfers to other systems
- Object: All customers using iPlus
- Content: Refund to customer's wallet on iPlus service based on the number of transfers to other systems.
05-14 transactions/ month – 10,000 VND refund
15-29 transactions/ month – 30,000 VND refund
30-49 transactions/ month – 50,000 VND refund
>50 transactions/ month – 100,000 VND refund
Note:
- Maximum refund amount is 100,000 VND/ month/ customer
- Applicable to transactions with a minimum value of 50,000 VND/ transaction.
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: Monthly (The priority order of rewards for the above 3 programs is based on the Number of money transfer transactions, payments by QR Code/ Number of transfers to other systems/ Total value of customer bill payments)

Program 3: Refund on bill payment
- Object: All customers using iPlus
- Content: Refund 10% of total bill value in the month to customer's wallet on iPlus service.
Note: Maximum refund amount is 50,000 VND/ month/ customer
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: Monthly (The priority order of rewards for the above 3 programs is based on the Number of money transfer transactions, payments by QR Code/ Number of transfers to other systems/ Total value of customer bill payments)

4. HIGH BALANCE – HIGH BONUS: Cashback offer based on average balance of payment account
Program 1: 
- Object: For new iPlus customers
- Content:
- Conditions: Customers open CIF, register to use iPlus service and have financial transactions during the program period, have an average balance of payment account/day from 3 million VND or more.
- Promotion: 1.5% refund of average balance of payment account into customer's wallet on iPlus service, maximum 200,000 VND/customer.
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: After the program ends (Priority of rewards is based on the average balance of each customer group's payment account)

Program 2:
- Object: For existing iPlus customers
- Content:
- Conditions: Customers who have opened CIF before the program, registered to use iPlus service and had financial transactions during the program:
- Promotion:
+ Average balance of payment account/day from 8.5 - under 15 million VND: 2% of averag balance of payment account will be refunded to customer's wallet on iPlus service, maximum 300,000 VND/customer.
+ Have an average daily balance of 15 million VND or more in the payment account: 3% of the average balance of the payment account will be refunded to the customer's wallet on the iPlus service, up to 500,000 VND/customer.
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
- Payment period: After the program ends (Priority of rewards is based on the average balance of each customer group's payment account)

5. Promotional program when using iPlus
Program 1: Promotion when registering for a loan via iPlus
- Object: All iPlus Customers
- Content: Reduce 0.1%/year of first year loan interest rate when Customers register for loan via iPlus.
Applicable to Loans secured by savings/term deposits; Loans with collateral; Loans without collateral.
- Time: 1 month, from 18/09/2024 – 18/10/2024

Program 2: Promotion when open deposit account on iPlus
- Object: All iPlus Customers
- Content:
- +0.5%/year compared to the listed interest rate for Online deposit products with interest paid at the end of the term with terms of 01 month, 06 months, 12 months.
- +0.2%/year compared to the listed interest rate for Online deposit products with interest paid at the end of the term for remaining terms > 6 months.
- Time: 3 months, from 18/09/2024 – 18/12/2024
