EXPERIENCE THE UPGRADED VERSION OF E-BANKING SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER - IPLUS

Dear Customers,

In order to provide an Efficient - Safe – Convenient digital transaction platform, VRB respectfully announces the deployment of a new version of e-banking service for individual customer – iPlus on both the mobile application "iPlus App" and the website https://iplus.vrbank.com.vn/retail from November 3, 2025.

✅ 03 outstanding new points of the upgraded version
🔹 Standardize the 247 Fast Money Transfer feature according to Napas 2.0 technical standards, creating smooth transactions and experience.
🔹 Add a new QR creation feature for payment acceptance units, helping users manage revenue and cash flow separately from personal expenses; at the same time, proactively monitor, reconcile and refund transactions as needed.
🔹 Support users to manage online complaints by creating and monitoring the status of handling complaints directly from the service, ensuring compliance with Circular 15/2024/TT-NHNN on providing non-cash payment services.

✅ 03 simple steps to update the new version & experience digital utilities with iPlus
To ensure that the customer experience is carried out smoothly on the new application version, VRB need to update the iPlus App according to the following instructions:
🔹 For iOS operating system:
Step 1: Open the iPlus application;
Step 2: Select “Update” version according to the application notification → Select “Update” on the App Store;
Step 3: Select “Open” → Log in to the service again to continue using.
🔹 For Android operating system:
Step 1: Open the iPlus application;
Step 2: Select “Update” version according to the application notification → Select “Download again”;
Step 3: When the download is complete, click on the downloaded file. When the system notifies “Application has been installed” → select “Open” → Log in to the service again to continue using.

✅ 02 notes for customers to optimize the experience during the version update process
- Customers do not need to uninstall the old iPlus application before updating the version (applicable to both iOS and Android operating systems).
- In case you have uninstalled the old version of the application before downloading the new version, after completing the installation, please RE-LOGIN & RE-INSTALL the login feature using FaceID/ fingerprint as needed.
In which, login information:
+ Login name: Is the login User or Phone number or Email address registered with the bank;
+ Password: Is your current password.
