Notice Regarding Compensatory Work and National Day Holiday (September 2, 2026)

Dear Valued Customers,

To ensure the smooth processing of transactions and provide the best possible service experience, Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) would like to announce the operating schedule for the 2026 National Day holiday (September 2nd) as follows:
- Make-up workday: Saturday, August 22, 2026 (transaction hours same as a standard business day)
- Holiday period: From Saturday, August 29, 2026, through Wednesday, September 2, 2026
- Resumption of operations: Thursday, September 3, 2026

During the holiday, VRB’s e-banking services (iPlus for individual customers and ePlus for corporate customers), ATM network, and card acceptance points (POS) nationwide will continue to operate normally. For over-the-counter deposits with maturity dates falling within the aforementioned holiday period, the Bank will process principal and interest payments on the first business day following the holiday.
