NOTICE OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF SOME SERVICES FOR SYSTEM UPGRADE

In order to improve customer service quality and customer experience, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) periodically upgrades the bank's system.

Accordingly, VRB respectfully informs customers about the temporary suspension of some services and transactions during the system upgrade time from 19h00 on July 31, 2025 to 08h00 AM on August 1, 2025, including:
- Electronic Banking Service for individual customers (iPlus);
- Electronic Banking Service for corporate customers (ePlus);
- Online Payment Service (E-commerce);
- Card service (except for accepting cards from other banks at VRB's ATMs and POS).
- Deposit/withdrawal service from Momo e-wallet;
- E-tax electronic tax service;
- Transactions to receive money to accounts opened at VRB.

After the above time, the services will return to normal operation. We kindly ask customers to note and consider the payment transaction plan and save sub-ledger information (for corporate customers).
