Notice of maintaining continuous operation during the period of social isolation under the Prime Minister's Directive No.16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020

Dear our Valued Customer,

Based on Directive No. 16 / CT-TTg dated 31/3/2020 of the Prime Minister on urgent measures to prevent and control Covid-19, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) would like to inform you about our regulations on VRB's operation during the period of social isolation from April 1, 2020 to April 15, 2020. As follows:

- All VRB transaction points will operate continuously in office hours during the period of social isolation. List of VRB transaction points can be found here.

- To minimize the risks of virus spreading according to the recommendations of Vietnamese Authorities, VRB encourages customers to use VRB's online banking products and services such as money transfer, bill payment, top-up, online deposits ...

- In case it is necessary to perform transactions at the counter, VRB respectfully recommends that Customers should cooperate with us to maintain hygiene measures as recommended by the health authorities before, during and after the transaction (such as using hand sanitizers, wear a mask during the transaction time, coordinate with VRB in checking body temperature before entering the counter...).
