Announcement regarding temporary service suspension for system upgrade from 31/07 to 01/08/2026

Dear Valued Customers,

In order to improve service quality and provide a better customer experience, Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) will be upgrading its system as planned.
Expected downtime: From 8:00 PM on July 31, 2026 to 10:15 AM on August 01, 2026.
During the above period, the following services will be temporarily interrupted:

-    Internet Banking services for individual customers (iPlus)
-    Internet Banking services for corporate customers (ePlus)
-    Online payment services (E-commerce)
-    Card services (except for card acceptance services of other banks on VRB’s ATMs and POS terminals)
-    Deposit/ Withdrawal services via MoMo e-wallet
-    Electronic tax payment services (E-tax)
-    Incoming money transfers to accounts opened at VRB

To ensure the best experience, please consider making transaction before or after this time frame. After the upgrade, our services will return to normal operation.
